March 2009 Giveaway Winners

There were some good comments posted in March. There were also some that were kind of odd. Either way, I enjoy reading ‘em. Feel free to share your thoughts when you visit Anime Fans Online.
Now that the month is over it’s time to announce which comments were lucky enough to be drawn as winners of the March ‘09 Anime Giveaway. I went through and made a list of the comments and printed it out. Then I cut up the list and drew three names at random.
Update April 19 2009: None of the winners replied to the e-mail by the deadline. For more information see the post announcing the second drawing.
If your name was drawn, check your e-mail. You have to respond by April 18th to claim your prize.

Thanks for reviewing this! I’d heard about Yen Plus a few months back and I’ve been pretty curious about it, but I just hadn’t looked into it. Your review told me everything I wanted to know.I’ve never really read any of the manga mags like Shonen Jump, so I have no experience with reading manga in that format, though I’ve been wanting to try it out.
So after reading this post (and the one you linked to), I definitely want to check out Yen Plus asap! The variety of titles really appeals to me, and the price looks like a great deal for so much manga.
I thought for sure a manga mag would be kinda pricey (thinking about it now, I’m not sure why…), so I was surprised when you mentioned the price. 10$ isn’t bad at all! So yeah, looking forward to it.
